Delicious. It’s rare to find beef with this level of ecological integrity—completely clean, toxic-free, and raised with total respect for the animal. The hot dogs are incredible- I’m so glad we tried this product! 🙂
Great tasting NY strips. Great customer service as well. Love the taste of these top sirloin steaks. Also love that this company has some of the highest standards out there for the beef they source. Owners are also salt of the earth type people and provide excellent customer service.
I understand that organ meat is very nutritious but difficult to eat by itself for many, myself included. This meat is 20 percent organ meat Kidney and Liver and it is delicious. You cant really taste it at all. Very happy!
Tried the first of the products I recently purchased. I did a simple braise, low and slow in crock pot, for 8 hours. Seasoning Real Salt steak seasoning, beef broth and good Irish butter. Best chuck roast I’ve ever had.
I love liver and kidney but it’s not convenient for one person. This blend gives me the nutrients I need in the most convenient way.
I ate half of the 1.5 pound uncooked piece plus wild gulf shrimp and cottage cheese. The meat had such a light, almost sweet quality. Definitely will buy again. Getting ready to try some of the other cuts.
