We make our black pudding using 100% certified organic ingredients, including organic pork and beef mixed with organic oats and barley, plus a special blend of mace, cloves, and pepper for extra warmth, with no GMOs or antibiotics.

To prepare: remove the vacuum packaging, slice the ring into thick rounds, and fry until crispy on the edges, cooking to a core temperature of 75C. Serve with poached eggs or sourdough toast, or freeze if not using immediately.
