What’s Included: 1 x organic whole turkey (approx. 4kg), 1 x free-range goose (approx. 3.5kg), 400g organic smoked back bacon, 500g organic artisan sausages, 400g organic black and white pudding, 1 x organic Christmas pudding (900g).

Our organic Christmas feast hamper brings you everything for a complete, luxurious holiday dinner in one beautifully presented box. Every item comes from animals raised on certified organic pastures without antibiotics or growth hormones. The turkey and goose are dry-plucked by hand for superior skin quality, giving a crispier, golden roast. The hamper arrives beautifully packaged, making it an impressive gift for family or friends.

How to Prepare: Roast the turkey at 180°C for two and a half hours, basting every 30 minutes, then rest for 30 minutes before carving. Roast the goose at 180°C for two hours, pouring off fat regularly for crispy skin. Grill the bacon, sausages, and pudding alongside the roast, and steam the Christmas pudding for two hours before serving with brandy butter.
