• 1/4 Beef ($787 total) — A great fit for a small family that eats beef regularly.
• 1/2 Beef ($1,550 total) — Our most popular share for families. Approximately 200 lbs of beef: premium steaks (ribeye, New York strip, sirloin and filet mignon), roasts, ground beef, brisket, short ribs and more.
• Whole Beef ($2,600 total) — The best value per pound. For large families, sharing between two households, or anyone who wants a full freezer for the year.

Frequently asked questions

How much freezer space do I need?
As a guide, plan on a dedicated chest freezer for a 1/2 or Whole Beef. Smaller shares (1/8 and 1/4) need much less space — ask us if you are unsure and we will help you choose.

Is delivery really included?
Yes. Your total price includes processing, packaging, delivery and shipping, as shown in the table above.
