How to Cook Your Christmas Feast: Thaw the turkey completely in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then roast at 180°C for 20 minutes per kilogram. Roast the beef sirloin at 220°C for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C for 40 minutes for medium-rare. Wrap chipolatas in bacon and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Glaze the ham with honey and cloves and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Let all meats rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
